It is a human nature to focus more on trials & problems their encountering rather than be thankful for what they have and I consider myself to be like that. Despite of God’s blessings showered to me still at the end of the night I feel emptiness, loneliness and failure in my life.
My calling begun when I was obliged to attend the parents meeting of my niece and not knowing that it was a marriage encounter…at first I ask myself what I am doing in that place. Suddenly, Tito Jojo, a CFC couple coordinator conducted a talk and he delivered a very inspirational message to us that made me realize of how unworthy God’s daughter I am. After his talk, I asked his help of how to become a member of Singles for Christ so he endorsed me to Bro. Rudolf. My intention that time is only for my own spiritual renewal and soul searching.
“Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted & blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled.” - (Matthew 5:4,6)
My CLP days were one of the memorable experiences in Singles for Christ. I admired the warm welcoming of the service team, their enthusiasm to guide us in every talk and discussions we had and the sincerity of their smile is really captivating us to keep attending the sessions. Until I found my week incomplete without attending the CLP meeting and that’s the time I’ve realized why the service team keep saying that they are “addicted” in the community because sharing & spreading the word of God empowered them to keep going.

I treasure the most my first SFC-Cabuyao Christmas Party. Even though the celebration was not as festive or as grandest like the other parties that I had attended, it was my happiest because everyone was enjoying and celebrating the event in simplicity and humility. Now, I’ve realized how blessed I am. I made a lot of mistakes in my past but still God shepherd me and as sign of His forgiveness, he made me worthy to become one of His servant through Singles for Christ.
I’m a full-fledged member of SFC-Cabuyao for a couple of months now. I found real happiness in praising & worshiping God through singing and dancing. I pledge to God that I will commit myself to find time to the service so that I can save a soul who like me before was lost in God’s purpose.
To the whole service team of SFC-Cabuyao, my deepest thanks to everyone. You’re really a falling angel in my life and you’re the best…
